The Case for Proactive Testing

Proactive health testing allows you to identify risk factors before they become problems, track the impact of lifestyle interventions, personalise your nutrition and supplementation, and make informed decisions based on your own data rather than population averages.

What to Test

A comprehensive longevity panel should include metabolic markers (fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c), lipid panel (including ApoB and Lp(a)), inflammatory markers (hsCRP, IL-6), hormonal profile (testosterone, cortisol, thyroid), nutrient levels (Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, omega-3 index), and biological age markers (epigenetic clock, telomere length).

How Often?

For most people, annual testing provides a useful baseline. Those actively implementing lifestyle interventions may benefit from testing every six months to track progress and adjust protocols accordingly.

The Forever Well Approach
