How it connects to the other Pillars
“Supplements work best when the rest of the framework is already doing most of the work.”
Supplements make the most sense when the other pillars are already doing their share of the work. Better nutrition reduces the number of gaps that need filling. Good sleep and stress management improve recovery, which often matters more than another capsule. Exercise changes which supplements may be genuinely useful, and behaviour change determines whether any protocol is actually followed well.
This is why Supplements is a support pillar rather than a central organising one. It depends on the foundations, and in turn it can modestly strengthen them. The relationship is real, but it is not symmetrical.
A strong framework keeps the order clear: build the basics, then use supplements to refine, support, or personalise the plan where they earn that role.
